Privacy-minimal approach
The LYNQNET website is designed to operate without advertising, retargeting, or cross-site marketing trackers. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and real-user performance measurement and does not use that service to build advertising profiles.
Strictly necessary technologies
The hosting, content-delivery, and security infrastructure may process network identifiers or use strictly necessary technologies to deliver pages, manage traffic, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on public inquiry forms to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse and may use strictly necessary browser or device signals for that purpose. These functions cannot normally be disabled through the website without affecting operation.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps LYNQNET understand aggregate page use and technical performance. The measurement is configured through Cloudflare’s privacy-focused beacon and is not used for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site profiling. Technical information may include the requested page, referrer, approximate location derived from network data, device and browser characteristics, and page-performance measurements. Browser controls and applicable legal rights remain available.
Functional preferences
The current website does not rely on optional cookie-based personalization. Temporary interface state, such as an open navigation menu or selected contact inquiry type, is handled in the page session and is not intended to create a cross-visit profile.
Marketing technologies
The current website does not intentionally use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site marketing cookies. LYNQNET does not plan to activate such technologies without a defined business need, updated disclosure, and appropriate consent controls.
Your controls
You can use browser settings or privacy extensions to limit scripts, delete site data, or block network requests. Blocking technologies necessary for delivery or security may affect whether the website works correctly. LYNQNET does not currently activate advertising or cross-site marketing technologies. Applicable consent controls will be added if the measurement setup or legal requirements materially change.

This notice will be updated if the website begins using optional analytics, functional, or marketing technologies. The published last-updated date identifies the current version.
